Dual SIM Nokia Normandy leaks in Live Picture of App Launcher

The leaks of Nokia Android device codenamed Normandy are gaining a lot of pace already. The picture below which leaked on the Chinese website Weibo shows up the App Launcher which is divided in various sections combining 3 horizontal icons in each section.

Looking at the intensity of leaks, it seems the device is actually undergoing production and might be revealed shortly.

The Normandy is a very interesting device and thanks saif for being so eagle eyed and finding out this image. The home-screen is looking quite simple and minimalistic. But that doesn’t affect the fun as we know that android’s layout can be over-ridden by the various app launchers.

There is also the store icon which means that some sort of app store is to be bundled with the phone to let users download their favorite apps. It will be very interesting to know which store service Nokia will be using for its Android devices. Will Nokia partner with 3rd party service such as Amazon or will they expend their already existing OVI store to feature some android apps as well?

For now even the launch of this phone is not confirmed. Will we ever see this phone actually getting released in the market? We need to wait and watch how the Nokia Android story goes.
