Leaks during this point of time are at full swing and we keep on hearing about the specifications of the upcoming rockstars of the Lumia range which will take it to the next level. From 2K screens to Quad-Core processors, the upcoming Windows Phone devices are said to offer high-end hardware.
Another thing is that the upcoming devices might miss out the Nokia branding as the purchase deal between Nokia and Microsoft is on the edge to get finalized. Yesterday a new leakster, @nextleaks came up on twitter following the footsteps of @evleaks and has given us the specifications of the upcoming Lumia devices.
Leaked Specifications of Nokia Lumia 1525
The Lumia 1525 might be the long rumored Lumia 1520 variant with decent high-end hardware packed inside an Aluminum frame. Following specifications of Lumia 1525 are revealed.
- 6-inch display with 2k resolution
- Qualcomm 805 Quad-Core processor
- 3GB RAM
- 3400 mAh battery with some sort of solar charging
- 25-30MP Camera
- 32 GB Storage, but expandable with a MicroSD card.
The provided release date is of September 2014. This seems right as Nokia just recently launched the flagship Lumia 1520 and launching its upgrade so soon will be a killer.
Leaked Specifications of Lumia 1820
With an expected release date of March 2014, the Lumia 1820 might be announced at Mobile World Congress, next month. The device is said to feature a design similar to the Verizon Lumia 928 together with the following hardware specifications.
- 5.2-inch display with a 2K resolution.
- Snapdragon 805 processor by Qualcomm
- 3GB of RAM
- 3400 mAh battery
- Lytro Camera with Xenon Flash
As previously revealed by twitter user @Nawzil8, the Lumia 1820 might not be holding the Nokia branding anymore and will be branded Lumia itself.
