Nokia Mobile has started off the rollout of Android 10 update to the Nokia 3.2. The Nokia 3.2 becomes the 9th Nokia smartphone to be updated to Android 10. The update for Nokia 3.2 is roughly 1.31GB in size, bumping the build number to 2.270.
Alongside, Nokia Mobile also communicated the availability and rollout phases. In the first wave, Nokia 3.2 users in around 32 countries (see the list below) will get the update. Adding to that, to ensure quality, only about 10% of users will receive the update today. If everything goes as per plan, 50% of users will get the update by the 10th of April and by the 12th, the update will be made available to 100% of the users in the following countries.
- Hong Kong
- Sri Lanka
Wave 2 rollout started (source): Wave 2 covers all the countries which are not covered in the first wave. Excluding the following countries:
- Bulgaria – Vivacom
- Ireland – All
- UK – All
The delay is due to the pending regional approvals. The updates will roll out when Nokia Mobile receives the approvals in the 3 countries mentioned above.
Similar to Wave 1, the Wave 2 rollout is also in a phased manner. 10% of users will get the update by today, 50% by April 23rd and 100% by April 25th.
